Xtra-teq was formed 10 years ago in June 1998 to formalise regular enquiries for anything which was "extra technical". Our intention was to provide the best possible option if a difficult planning application or a particularly technical design and construction solution was needed.

Formed initially as a part time operation the company has grown along with its reputation, and has evolved into a properly registered professional business offering a full range of design and construction solutions in Chartered Surveying, Architecture, Facilities Management and Engineering.
